We have worked on public, quasi-public and private projects, and this gives us the ability to see issues from a variety of vantage points. This also allows us to know a bunch of different players that could help resolve a problem.
The most important thing we bring to the table is our knowledge. Because we have typically been there before, we have been through almost every real estate problem that we confront. That type of experience and knowledge gives us a leg up when compared to other real estate outfits. We also bring a very pragmatic sense to each project and look to solve issues rather than create them.
